Refunds, and what this site does not sell
This page says how refunds relate to pedechinelousa.online. The short version is that the website does not take money, so it does not refund money. A pair that changes hands does so at the shoe counter or in a reply the shop actually sends, not by a button on these pages.
1. This website takes no payment
There is no card field, no wallet button, and no invoice on these pages. The enquiry form opens a mail draft. A draft is not a charge. If a person sends money to the email address, that payment was not asked for by the site and is not a purchase recorded here.
Because the site receives no payment, it has no refund to process and no receipt to reverse. A request for a refund of a sum this website never collected cannot be completed on this website. The shop will say so if you write.
2. No order is placed here
Filling the form does not buy a pair and does not start a return window. There is no order number, because there is no order. Do not quote a page address as if it were a receipt. A receipt, if one exists, would come from the counter itself, not from these HTML files.
The shop does not publish a numbered return policy on this site, and it does not invent a count of days. Inventing a window would pretend that the website sells. It does not. Any practice at the counter is explained by the shop when you ask about a real sale, not by a slogan on this page.
3. A pair bought at the counter
If you bought a pair in person at the Ibipora room, or you completed a sale the shop confirmed in a reply, a question about that pair can be sent to [email protected]. Say when the sale happened and what you are asking. The shop will read the note against the sale it actually made.
The website cannot see the pair from here. It cannot inspect wear, a size, or a fault through the form. If the shop needs to see the shoes, it will say where and how. Until the shop replies, nothing has been agreed about a return.
4. What to include in a note
Include your name, the email you want answered, and a plain description of the pair and the problem. If you were given a paper at the counter, you may quote its date. Do not send a card number. Do not send a photograph of a payment card. A sentence is enough to start.
One note is better than many copies of the same note. Repeated drafts do not make a refund faster, because no refund runs on this site at all. They only fill the inbox. Wait for a reply before you write the same facts again.
5. What this page will not do
This page will not pretend a refund was approved. It will not show a tracking number, a postage label, or a balance. It will not take the shoes back through the browser. Those are not functions of a static page.
If the shop agrees, in a reply, to make a change about a real counter sale, that agreement is in the reply. It is not in this document. Keep the reply. The page you are reading stays a description of the limit, not the agreement itself.
6. Where to ask
Write to [email protected] or use the form, which opens a draft to that same address. You may also raise the question at the room on Avenida Parana during the hours the counter is actually open. The site does not publish a clock, so do not treat a guess as the hours.
The phone number is printed only in the about card. Use it if you want to call the company. A call is not a refund and not an order. It is another way to reach the same shop. Whatever was or was not sold is settled in the conversation, not by the existence of this page.
